Customer service was great since I forgot to bring some items for our pop up market and had to run inside to table covers.
As far as exchanges go, this one isnt too bad. Plenty of merch to choose from, plus a good variety in the food court.

5 stars Came in for toothpaste, left with a gaming chair, a giant bag of trail mix, and a mild identity crisis. This place is like Walmart and the military had a baby... and that baby sells overpriced energy drinks. Shoutout to the one cashier who looked like theyd rather be deployed. 1010 would browse aimlessly again.
